This reminds me of risotto but it's much easier.
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c chicken broth
1 c rice
1 T dried onion
1 large can chicken breast
2 c frozen vegetables
In large bowl, combine soup, broth, and onion until smooth. Add rice and mix to coat. Add chicken and vegetables. Pour into large baking dish. Bake at 375 for 45 min.
